How is Canacard different from paying with a card?▾
We move money directly from your bank account to the dispensary via ACH. There is no card network, so merchants avoid interchange fees and you earn points instead.
When does a payment actually settle to the merchant?▾
Payments are batched every afternoon and delivered to merchants in the nightly ACH file. You see a receipt immediately; the merchant sees the deposit the next business day.
How do I get a refund?▾
Ask the dispensary staff — they issue refunds from their Canacard dashboard. Refunds return to the same bank account you paid from.
Why do I need to verify my ID?▾
Cannabis and financial regulations require us to confirm you are of legal age and a real person before you can send payments.
How do loyalty points work?▾
You earn one point per dollar spent at any participating dispensary. Redeem them for rewards published by the merchant on the Rewards page.

Go to Wallet, remove the account, and link the correct one. Any pending payments must complete first.
