Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Canacard platform (the "Service"), operated by Canacard, Inc. ("Canacard", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal cannabis purchase age in your jurisdiction) and reside in a U.S. state where the sale of adult-use or medical cannabis is legal. We use third-party identity verification to confirm this.

2. The Service

Canacard provides an account-to-account (A2A) payment rail, a loyalty and rewards program, a merchant directory, and related e-commerce tools. Canacard is not a bank. Bank accounts are linked via our bank verification partner; ACH transfers are processed by our sponsor bank.

3. Payments and Refunds

Authorized payments debit your linked checking account and settle to the merchant in a nightly ACH batch. Refunds are issued by the merchant back to the same funding account. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds; returned or reversed transfers may incur fees.

4. Loyalty Points

Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire or be revoked in the event of fraud, chargebacks, or account termination. Reward availability is set by participating merchants.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, resale of cannabis outside licensed channels, money laundering, or to purchase products for anyone under the legal age.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law or our banking partners.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Canacard is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by merchants on the platform.
